Technical Remediation Project Supervisor

Thomas McNulty (TJ)

The Technical Remediation Project Supervisor plays a crucial role in developing, planning, marketing, bidding (pricing), and executing remediation and cleaning projects.

Duties include but are not limited to:Leading, training, and managing the team of technicians in executing remediation, cleaning, and restoration services. This position also involves “mining” for new customers, assessing new customer’s project needs, customer promotion of the entire portfolio, preparing customer bids, coordinating the logistics and quality control of the customer based delivery of services, and ensures employee adherence and compliance to all OSHA safety standards and regulations.

Project Development Manager

Jacob Shelley

The Project Development Manager focuses on the growth and development of service offerings. This role involves identifying new opportunities, preparing bids, and overseeing project execution. The manager also plays a key role in training technicians and ensuring that all projects meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Strategic Operations Advisor

Terrence McNulty

The Strategic Operations Advisor serves a pivotal role in guiding the company's direction, and ensuring operational excellence. This position involves:

A culmination of the following attributes of the Corporation and the affiliates: Leadership & Strategy, Business Development, Marketing & Advocacy, Financial Oversight, and Mentorship. The actions required include, but are not limited to the following duties:

Collaborating with staff (Project Managers) to develop strategies that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs satisfaction.
Facilitate planning, budgeting, pricing, contracting, processes to ensure the sustainability and profitability of operations.
Act as a key advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and that the company maintains a strong reputation in the market.
Providing guidance and support to all staff, exemplifying and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the organization.
